Healthcare & Emergency Solutions is approved to provide all delivered services under the following programs for GA DFCS:

Comprehensive Child and Family Assessment (CCFA, 511), including family assessments, wrap around services and adolescent assessments.

Wrap Around Services (WRAP, 518), including behavioral aide, transportation/escorting, and low to high-risk in-home counseling.

Prevention of Unnecessary Out-of-Home Placement (PUP, 521), including assessments and drug screening (oral, urine, urine Insta-Cup, hair, sweat patch, and fingernail.

We have over 40 contractors who live across North and Central Georgia that have completed all required GA DFCS screenings and training. As a company, we are professionally licensed and insured. Ms. Maxwell and Mrs. Jackson are our Client Services Managers, and are available to direct any questions or services authorization needs to the appropriate entity.

Family Support Counselors
We are supported by Dr. Vaughn Gay, LPC and Holistic Atlanta and offer a cadre of both provisionally and fully licensed counselors. We can conduct therapy and assessment services either virtually or in-person to accommodate clients’ schedules. Our counselors also have specialties in play therapy, non-verbal communication, EMDR, crisis intervention, adjustment disorders, and more.

Drug Screeners
HCES employs trained and certified drug screeners experienced in all specimen collection methods, including urine, oral fluid, hair, fingernail, and sweat patch testing. Our collectors adhere to strict chain-of-custody procedures and follow federal and state collection guidelines to ensure accuracy and integrity in every test.
We prioritize timely turnaround of results through direct coordination with certified laboratories and maintain detailed documentation for quality assurance and compliance. Our team is available to support DFCS and partner agencies with both in-office and mobile collections to meet client and court-ordered testing needs efficiently and professionally.
