Dr. James, a native of Bainbridge, Georgia, is a proud alumnus of Tuskegee University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry with a minor in Mathematics, and Florida A&M University, where he received his Doctor of Pharmacy degree.

 

As CEO of Healthcare & Emergency Solutions (HCES), Dr. James leads efforts to support healthcare clinics by providing strategic solutions for clinic staff management, resource planning, and documentation workflow. Drawing from his extensive experience, he helps organizations improve operational efficiency and patient education. Additionally, he is dedicated to community health initiatives, founding the Bainbridge Health Initiative in 2017 to provide free health screenings and education. His work includes community health program planning, local board membership, and ongoing volunteer service.
